Each player may hold only one luck365 account, verified against Malaysian IC (MyKad). Duplicate accounts are suspended and winnings from duplicate accounts are voided without exception.

luck365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by luck365 may result in Account suspension.
Each individual may maintain only one active luck365 Account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether or not intentionally created — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. luck365 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void all winnings without prior notice upon detection of duplicate accounts.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their luck365 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. luck365 will never request your password via live chat, email, telephone, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from luck365 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to luck365 support immediately.
luck365 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to add an additional layer of security to your Account. This feature is accessible from Account Settings following luck365 Login.
luck365 is required by its international gaming authority licence to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically required includes a valid government-issued photo identity document (MyKad or passport) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming the Member's registered address. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended and the matter reviewed in accordance with licensing obligations.
All luck365 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). luck365 does not maintain accounts in any other currency and does not offer currency conversion services.
luck365 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit is RM30. Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically reflect in a Member's Account within seconds. FPX bank transfers may take 1–3 minutes. luck365 does not charge deposit processing fees, though individual financial institutions may impose their own transfer fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in luck365's current withdrawal schedule, which is displayed within the Member's Account dashboard. Withdrawals cannot be processed until the Member's KYC verification is complete. luck365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
luck365 maintains robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with its licensing requirements. Members must not use the luck365 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or the proceeds of crime. luck365 will report any transaction or activity reasonably suspected of constituting money laundering or terrorist financing to the relevant authorities. All deposits must be made from accounts held in the Member's own name.

All games available on the luck365 Platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's on-screen display and the result recorded on luck365's server, the server record shall be definitive. Technical malfunctions void all related play. luck365 is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including internet service interruptions on the Member's side.
For live dealer casino games, the decisions of the dealer and the results confirmed by the studio system are final. Baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and Dragon Tiger results streamed via luck365 Casino are generated by physical means (cards, dice, wheels) under the supervision of certified studio operators.
Members agree to use the luck365 Platform for personal entertainment only. Commercial or professional use of automated systems, betting bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house is strictly prohibited.

All content on the luck365 Platform — including but not limited to the luck365 brand name, logo, design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and functionality — is the exclusive property of luck365 or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content from the luck365 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from luck365.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck365's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
luck365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. luck365 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes luck365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
luck365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination, any Real Money Balance not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.
luck365 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms, as indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, governs all use of the luck365 Platform. Where a proposed amendment materially affects a Member's rights, luck365 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to the Member's Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Governing Jurisdiction in which luck365 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the luck365 Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be submitted to luck365's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as specified in luck365's licence conditions.
The English language version of these Terms is the governing version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
